Return Policy/Shipping
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges. We do not issue refunds if you are not satisfied with the chosen scent.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged in transit. (Melted products are not considered damaged), If items are damaged during shipping, they will be replaced at no additional charge. Photos of damage is required for return approval.
Absolutely no returns or cancelations on custom products.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, on-sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Hippie Sunflower Child accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Akron NY via USPS. Please allow 5-7business days to process orders, Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Hippie Sunflower Child ships to all 50 U.S. States.
Orders over $50 receive free shipping.
Damaged Packages
Damaged packages are rare but, in the case, you may receive one, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to report any damages to your product. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for damaged packages. We pack and ship our products neatly and securely. We will handle filing a claim on your behalf and if we feel this was a packaging mistake on our end, we will gladly reship the damaged products free of charge. Please contact us if you have any issues!
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the lost package to USPS. If the package is declared as stolen, you must report the package as stolen to your local police department. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is lost via the US Postal Service, please let us know and we can launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
