& Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our
products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Refunds will not be issued for
dissatisfaction with chosen scents.
Damaged Items
We only accept returns for items damaged in transit (melted products are not
considered damaged). Damaged items will be replaced at no additional charge
upon receipt of damage photos for approval.
Custom Products & Sale Items
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed on custom products. Sale
items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We
will handle damage claims case-by-case and may reship items free of charge if
it’s determined to be a packaging issue on our end.
Shipping Information
Orders are processed in the order received and ship via USPS from Akron, NY.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for
standard shipping. Free shipping is available for orders over $50.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked
as delivered but is missing, please contact USPS or your local police
department if it was stolen. We will assist with inquiries for lost packages
and reship if declared lost by the carrier and stock is available.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to incomplete
or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
